Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and very professional. The room was high standard and brand-new, it had climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV.

Secluded location just off the International Airport and good parking facilities, taxi and shopping malls, restaurant, it was in a new area.

As for me, rooms were a nice size in 3 different floors, they offered wake-up service. It had an electric kettle and glassware. The hotel was in a handy location, on the outskirts of muscat. Besides, it was next to restaurant and which provided a perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Loved the double room in 3 different floors, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bathrobes were available there.

We were in Muscat for 3 days, had really really nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with stunning location for the Convention centre. The staff was really friendly and gentle and around most of the time. Impeccable service was provided. Didn't expect to get concierge service for nothing, you guys rock.
